Information for Participants of the Cancelled Event

Dear participants,

We confirm that the refund process is now in its final stage. We take full responsibility for all refunds and are doing our best to complete the remaining payments as quickly as possible.

🔸 All refunds will be completed by mid-August 2025.

🔸 Refunds are being processed in accordance with Clause 7.7 of our public offer, which was accepted during registration:

"If the speaker withdraws from participation due to reasons beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer undertakes to refund ticket buyers within 90 to 180 business days from the official announcement of the cancellation."
